Recent Achievements

2018 - 2020 In recent years I have ran the Pennine Way in 8 days unsupported a distance of 260 miles with 15,000 metres of elevation climbed. Trained, managed and captained a team from 131 Commando to compete in the prestigious Spean Bridge Commando Speed March and finished 2nd in age class in the Ridgway 86 mile Ultra trail race.

2019 1 hr 35 minutes, 38th placed overall, 4th VM 40 (2019)

Ex to Axe (Grade B Fell Race)

2018 22 mile Coastal Trail Race, 1,192 metres elevation. 38th placed in 3hrs 41 minutes.

Goyt Valley Challenge

2017 25 mile trail running race in heart of Peak District – 1,430 meters elevation. 8th Place finisher in 5 hours 9 minutes

Ridgeway Challenge

2017 86 mile trail race, UK Ultra Distance Trail Running Championships 13th place finisher in 17 hours 26 minutes, 2nd VM 45 (2017).

Conti Thunder Run

2016 10km cross country relay race. 12th Place finish in 24 hour continuous relay race (8 person Team).

Pennine Way

2014 Day 5 View across High Cup Nick Trail ran the Pennine Way (unsupported) in 8 days a distance of 260 miles and requiring 14,500 metres elevation to be climbed.
